Other than as set forth in the preceding sentence, a person or entity who is not a party to this Agreement shall not have any right to enforce any term of this Agreement.
No failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver of any such or any other right or remedy. The language of this Agreement shall not be construed strictly for or against either party, regardless of who drafted such language or was principally responsible for drafting it.
The rights and obligations under this Agreement are not assignable by you, and any attempted assignment shall be void and without effect. In addition, Belkin may seek injunctive relief in any court having jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
If you are a natural person who resides in a country in the European Union, the laws of the member state in which you are a resident shall apply to this Agreement and any disputes potentially arising in connection thereto. The courts of the member state in which you reside shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
Residents of countries in the European Union may also bring any such dispute before a local consumer dispute resolution body, if any such body is constituted under the laws of the country in which you reside. Pros: works right away out of the box, i installed it on windows 7 and there was no need for another driver, just put in the cd and it works. Overall Review: I will always by linksys because netgear products suck and so does there customer service, so i would recomend this to anybody whos looking for something quick and easy to setup up.

V3 does not have full Linux support. NO backtrack!!! Overall Review: It is getting returned. It is useless because it is a different card then the one advertised. Cons: Windows 7 did not recognize it. Driver install did not find it. Waste of time, money, shipping costs. I had to give it 1 star, 0 stars is correct. Pros: Easy installation, no need to install drivers with Windows 7, works well in XP as well.
Uses the Windows interface to look for and connect to Wireless Networks. Cons: Reception could be better, it can sometimes drop out over distances further than 30 feet with a few walls in between the wireless card and the router. Pros: only ten dollars after shipping. Cons: couldn't get it to work in Linux mint played around with it quite a bit looked online for different drivers and never could get it to work.
