I figured out how to set the Windows clock program to display the 12 hr and 24 hr time format simultaneously for both clocks.

I've been trying to find out where the clock program stores its settings. I found a few settings in the Windows Registry stuff for additional clocks but not all of them, yet. I checked something and learned that HH:mm instead of H:mm is more appropriate for displaying time in the 24 hour format. There's supposed to be a leading zero when the hour is represented by a single digit.
